Souq Fann, ArtMedium's first project for 2012, and will serve as a platform that offers artists an accessible and appealing space, allowing them a great opportunity to exhibit and sell their artwork.

In addition to visual art, Souq Fann will also feature a bazaar element where jewelry designs, handcrafts, books and much more will be on display for sale.

Souq Fann 2012 will give the public the chance to interact with the local art scene in a relaxed and fun atmosphere, with live music performed by local musicians and food and drinks served at Café Des Artistes.

Artists can book their booth now, deadline to book a booth is March 6th.

Join us on again on the 1st fun cycling race taking place in the year 2012, organized by’’ Biking Jordan Training Center’’ and ‘’Madaba Tourism Development & Heritage Preservation Association’’.

Race details:
Race Distance: 33.4 km
Meeting point: at Bethany Restaurant before the Baptism site.
Final registration and bikes check up: from 7:00am to 8:30am on the day of the race.
Race starts for both males and females:
Road bikers 9:00am
MTB bikers 9:10am

Royal Automobile Museum: A Historic Journey

The Royal Automobile Museum, located in Amman-Jordan is the first public automotive museum in the Arab region. Inaugurated by His Majesty King Abdullah II in 2003, it serves as a tribute to the late King Hussein while showcasing part of Jordan’s history.

The museum displays 100 of the late King’s cars and motorcycles, some dating as back as 1909. Standing in pristine condition, each vehicle tells a unique story along the timeline of the late King’s life. Together they highlight the 47-year reign of King Hussein and the history of the Kingdom from the era of HM King Abdullah I in the early 1920s through the contemporary era of HM King Abdullah II today.

The historical element of the exhibition is brought home by rare photo archives and video footage.The museum is also equipped with Audio Guides in Arabic, English, German, French, and Spanish.

The museum includes a Gift Shop featuring miniature car models, museum watches, t-shirts, mugs, and other memorabilia, as well as books and other souvenir items.
